June PMS Account Deletion
To request deletion of your June PMS account and associated personal data, email info@junehs.io with the subject “Delete my June PMS account”.
Please include
- •Your full name
- •Your registered email address
- •Your pharmacy or organization name
- •Your phone number, if used on the account
Verification
We will verify your request before deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal account data that is no longer required to provide the service.
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained where required for legal, financial, security, audit, pharmacy, or regulatory reasons.
Processing time
Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.
What this covers
This process applies to June PMS staff and pharmacy account access. It does not automatically delete pharmacy operational records that must be kept under Nigerian pharmacy or financial regulations. If you also need patient-facing June Care app data removed, note that clearly in your email.
