Pharmacy Responsibilities & Data Upload Policies

By using the June platform, pharmacies acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all data, medications, and information they upload or manage through our system.

Drug Safety & Compliance

  • NAFDAC Compliance: All drugs uploaded must have valid NAFDAC registration numbers and comply with current regulations.
  • Batch Traceability: Pharmacies are responsible for maintaining accurate batch numbers, expiry dates, and manufacturer information.
  • Quality Assurance: Pharmacies must verify the authenticity and quality of all medications before uploading to the platform.
  • Recall Readiness: Pharmacies must be prepared to immediately remove recalled medications and notify affected patients.

Data Accuracy & Integrity

  • Data Validation: All uploaded information must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Regular Updates: Pharmacies must promptly update drug information, pricing, and availability.
  • Inventory Management: Stock levels, expiry dates, and pricing must be maintained accurately.
  • Patient Records: All patient information must be verified and kept current.

Staff Training & Access Control

  • Staff Training: All pharmacy staff must be trained on data protection and platform usage.
  • Access Management: Pharmacies must manage user access and permissions appropriately.
  • Audit Trails: All data modifications must be traceable to authorized personnel.
  • Incident Reporting: Data breaches or errors must be reported immediately.
